Job Responsibilities
01) To assist and coordinate on all general office and administering matters by improving effective company procedures and guidelines, system of reporting, documentation and work flow, setting up factory rules and regulations.
02) To assume the function of public relation in terms of networking with the premium clients and other relevant parties to enhance company image and keep the top management well informed.
03) To screen all Factory Manager’s incoming calls and get him ready of the coming appointments. To entertain and coordinate meeting with visitors and customers.
04) To draft, type, distribute and file minutes, letters, memos and other documents for the Managers, General Manager.
05) To observe, promote and upkeep the Top Glove Group of companies’ Business Philosophies and Company Policies, in order to set the standard of performance and management style.
06) To perform any other job instructions assigned by immediate superior or management.
07) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
08) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in Business Administration or other related courses or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Able to write and speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
03) Good command in English & Malay (spoken and written).
04) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
05) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
