Job Responsibilities
01) To manage the implementation of ERP Project and liaise with vendors and users on all the related issues to solve any problems arise, and to achieve successful completion of implementation within deadlines set forth.
02) To be responsible for the system performance, trouble shooting, problem solving, backup and all the issues pertaining to ERP Systems.
03) To analyze and study the company business process, prepare proposals and solutions for management approval in computerization and automation of business process for various departments to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
04) To study, innovate and improve the reporting system of all departments.
05) To assist in the purchasing process for PC’s, software and other IT related equipment. Help the Purchasing department on purchasing of ribbon, paper etc and other items relating to computers to ensure correct specification and standard, including bulk purchase planning.
06) To ensure the purchase and delivery of computers, software and other IT related equipment meet specification, quality, date and time required.
07) To liaise with vendors on maintenance of ERP, network, computer and related equipment and to evaluate and monitor the suppliers’ performance.
08) To collect information on new IT products relevant to company and prepare report advising management new products that are more cost effective and beneficial to the company.
09) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
10) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in related field or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
