Job Responsibilities
01) To be responsible to identify potential markets/ customers.
02) To support and service customers via shipments coordination and provide management with the price updates.
03) To overall assist the Marketing department.
04) To follow-up closely with the containers and vessels booking timely.
05) To update relevant information pertaining to the specifications for customers control purchase.
06) To plan and execute a marketing plan.
07) To provide customer service support.
08) To provide management with update on the market opportunities.
09) To carry out filing work.
10) To ensure shipments both imports/ exports are executed promptly.
11) To carry out regular quality spot check and to ensure the quality meets the customer expectation.
12) To carry out spot checking on daily basis of product for conformity.
13) To pick up more responsibilities without hesitation for self improvement.
14) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
15) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements
01) Degree in Marketing or with Engineering background equivalents from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
