Job Responsibilities
Application (SAP) Project Roll Out (AR Customer Master)
01) Preparation of AR customer master, data collection, testing of customer master processes, check & upload customer master into SAP system as approved by the business and provides the download data before business user sign off during project implementation.
02) Work with business users to resolve customer master issues during project implementation to ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
03) Completed all the pre & post signoff (testing and live server) with all the respective SAP key user and BPOs approval.
04) To ensure all the customer master completed within the project timeline.
IT CDM Improvement project (AR Customer Master)
05) Identify work process to automate and do enhancement in order to improve operational process for future requirement. Proposes, documents and test business solution for IT CDM change request of customer master according to functional and technical requirements.
06) Prepare the user guide, update the templates/forms and conduct training for business user on the enhancement.
Daily Operation Support SAP AR Customer Master/Sales Force /SAP BW
07) Daily operation support related to AR customer master example (new customer,
08) transfer, changes, extend, remove, delete, update, block, extract customer information and etc. in SAP & TGERP (China & TG weighbridge)
09) Work with business users to resolve vendor master data issues during daily operation support.
10) Managing service level agreement (SLA) on timing and quality for daily operation support.
Daily Operation Support (Direct and Indirect Material Master)
11) Daily operation support for material master related issue (new creation, changes, remove, extend, obsolete, activate, update etc.) at Basis, AUOM, Classification, Sales, Purchasing, MRP, QM, WM, Configure variant, QM, Finance, Costing, Join Production and Long text for the plants in material master and also documented properly daily operation cases.
12) Work with business users to resolve material master data issues during daily operation support.
13) Managing service level agreement (SLA) on timing and quality for daily operation support.
Daily Operation Support Authorization (FI/CO)
14) Communicate with key user on authorization access for user by module.
15) Assist to check on user authorization error and advice roles to assign.
16) Monitor user validity and SAP access usage.
17) Collaborate with IT functional team to identify problem and find solution in order to support business process.
18) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
19) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Bachelor in Records Management or equivalent from reputable university.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
05) Experienced in SAP, ERP (AR module), Salesforce & SAP BW system
06) Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Office, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
07) Able to complete task on time and work with deadlines.
