Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities
01) Close liaison with related Departments in dealing with their Sales orders. Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc.).
02) Work very closely with Marketing and Finance Departments.
03) Coordinate with Packing, Warehouse Departments, Quality Management in ensuring efficiency and timely execution of Shipping Documents.
04) Communicate with Shipping, Forwarding agents and respective authorities on a regular basis.
05) Prepare Shipping Instruction and liaise with Shipping Agent for draft Bill of Lading / Shipping Certification related documents.
06) Ensuring documents are in good order to ensure that payments can be secured.
07) Constantly updates on daily working report and DTF.
08) Prepare weekly & monthly Sales Review Meeting Reports including Weekly Document Delay Report, Weekly & Monthly Packed & Sales Report.
09) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
10) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
04) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
05) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
