Job Responsibilities
01) To monitor and ensure accurate update of SAP data for Compounding / Production / ODC / CR / Packing department. Daily Troubleshooting - attend to Packing, ODC/CR, Dipping, & Compounding SAP issues. Daily GI vs GR checking to ensure all order are balanced & prevent Undistributed Variances.
02) To involve in stock count activity during end month and ensure accurate update of SAP data. Ensure Month End Physical Stock Take Accurate & minimize (to zero) Stock Adjustment.
03) Daily checking of SFG COGI & Weekly checking of Chemical/Latex COGI.
04) Daily monitoring of Abnormal Transfer Posting.
05) Meet Compounding Go-LIVE & SFG Go-LIVE timeline.
06) Prepare & present Slide for HOD meeting (relief).
07) Factory Cost Per Carton Analysis.
08) Create/Extend/Change/Delete new product codes.
09) Monitor 2nd Grade & Torn Glove.
10) To involve in Monthly SAP Meeting & take minutes.
11) SAP PP Master data maintenance.
12) To provide training to the workers and follow up implementation of new practices.
13) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
14) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements
01) A degree in relevant or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
05) Able to work in day / night shifts and weekends as required by Management.
