Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities
01) Responsible on conducting purchasing & store operation or activities.
02) Sourcing and evaluating reliable vendors and maintaining good vendor customer relations.
03) Issue PO to suppliers based on VO for hardware, latex, maintenance items and miscellaneous items.
04) Checking and acknowledge Delivery Order and Invoices and submit to Account department.
05) Purchase, delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of chemical, latex and nitrile.
06) Deal with supplier on any quality issue, product sample, pricing & appointment.
07) Assist to prepare a monthly purchasing report.
08) In charge of selling scrap, metal, waste lumps/sludge, garbage disposal.
09) Issue LOC (Letter Of Complaint) for the matter related to purchasing / commercial issue.
10) To work closely with other departments throughout the company.
11) Prepare and send necessary letters to suppliers. (e.g. corporate culture letter, etc)
12) To monitor with other factory purchasers on the monthly supplier feedback and suggestion form and compile before discussing with the superiors for further correction action.
13) To work closely with the assigned Mentors for better understanding of the work process or work flow within Top Glove Group of Companies.
14) To check CVO and other reports before submitting for Management approval.
15) In-charge for the supplier sourcing, evaluation and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, relationship management and continuous improvement for the company.
16) To coordinate with the respective factory purchasers and involve in the half yearly suppliers’ assessment that is stipulated on the standard operating procedure for ISO compliance.
17) To assist and involve in other functions where and when directed by the Management.
18) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
19) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements
01) Recognized University or College degree in any discipline or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay. (spoken and written)
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
