Job Description
Involve in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Organization’s HIMS, ensures regulatory updates are implemented across departments, and coordinates external audits, managing actions and timelines for compliance.

Divisions: Harmonized Integrated Management System Unit, Regulatory Affairs Unit, Operational Risk Unit, and Supply Chain Management System Unit

Job Responsibilities
During the 3-year programme, the Management Associate shall: 
01)    Perform daily tasks in various functions to gain practical business experience and exposure. 
02)    Work alongside senior leaders to develop and implement actions that protect organization assets and profitability. 
03)    Undertake strategic corporate projects assigned by management. 
04)    Initiate and drive change to advice the growth of the organization. 
05)    Identify trends and recommend proactive actions to manage business situations. 
06)    Assist in leading and promoting the culture and business value of the organization. 
07)    Undergo comprehensive on-the-job training programme under the direction of experienced senior management. 
08)    Travel to different factories and participate in daily operations as and when required. 
09)    Achieve passing score by gaining knowledge and experience required for promotion to management position at the end of Programme. 

Job Requirements
01)    Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration (Operations & Compliance), Environmental Engineering and other equivalent field from reputable universities. 
02)    Excellent in communication and leadership skills. 
03)    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
04)    Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
