Job Responsibilities
01) To manage employee’s wellness assessment, consultation, implementation necessary medical or lifestyle intervention, follow up monitoring according to the employee’s need.
02) To plan and implement health events to different target groups in various approaches, as to promote healthy lifestyle and awareness among all employees.
03) To monitor, evaluate, improve canteen’s hygiene maintenance and food healthiness performance abiding to the company’s requirements.
04) To plan and execute nutritious and hygienic meal plan for all company events.
05) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
06) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
05) Qualified knowledge and experience in nutrition, health & wellness.
06) Able to perform wellness assessment and consultation independently.
07) Experience in health events implementation.
08) Critical thinking, proactive, strong teamwork.
