Job Responsibilities
01) Responsible for the day to day operations of the production line including; production output, operational cost, glove quality and downtime.
02) To come up with improvement and innovation projects as solution which can improve goods quality and efficiency and reduce cost.
03) Ensure smooth running of production lines by identifying problems and troubleshooting problems when they occur.
04) To study and implement new process controls, optimisation, re-engineering, improvement or innovation plans that can reduce cost of production as well as improve glove quality in line with company's business direction.
05) Work with external/internal suppliers and other team members to reduce chemical costs and consumption without compromising gloves quality.
06) Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent quality, output, utilization, low chemical consumption, low operational costs and no accidents.
07) Provide training to production supervisors, line operators and workers on the proper handling of chemicals, production process and other relevant knowledge on glove production. Training records to be maintained.
08) Ensure production team are practicing good housekeeping concept and safety measures to ensure that all jobs done in the Production Department are properly performed in compliant to the industrial safety and health requirements.
09) Monitor closely the production parameters for all the machine lines and report the deviations to production personnel and work out corrective actions with them. Ensure timely corrective actions are taken by the production department.

Job Requirements
01) Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people
