Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
01) Implementation, Monitoring, Review and Development of Clinical standards development.
02) Clinical Development of services.
03) Implementing and maintaining Quality of Medical Services (QMS).
04) Communicate quality system principles and objectives to stimulate behavioral and cultural change in all aspects of QMS.
05) Clinical Practice including medical ethics, doctor services, nursing and MA standards.
06) Medical standards including monitoring and implementation of patient safety.
07) Reporting and Meeting.
08) Communicate and identifies problems arising.
09) Continuously improve QMS processes and procedures with the Medical Director.
10) Patient Liaison services including management of patient complaints including analyzing failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to internal/external patient complaints.
11) Liaison with Human Resource department and Finance department of Top Glove.
12) Monitor and review staff Rosters, Attendance and Punctuality.
13) Monitor and review of staff attire, grooming and overall appearance.
14) Monitor and review behavioral standards, discipline, and integrity of staff.
15) Partake in the day-to-day administrative operations of TGGD Medical and Dental Clinic.
Job Requirements:
01) Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
